Description
This course is designed for exercise practitioners who work with older adults. It provides general guidelines and specific exercises appropriate for this demographic. Exercises relating to endurance, strengthening, flexibility, and balance are offered as suggestions. There are many other options and many exercise activities that will meet the criteria effectively.

You will also find specific fall prevention strategies and other safety considerations following the exercise suggestions. In more detail, the course acknowledges health conditions that need your special attention.
