Arthritis and Exercise Course - 4 CECs

Description
Exercise is an important part of the treatment for knee osteoarthritis (OA); however it is underutilized in part because of the known difficulties related to initiating and adhering to exercise programs.

We hope this handbook will assist you in the presentation of exercise as an available therapy to help those individuals with knee OA to increase their willingness to engage in an exercise program.
